RETURN POLICY

POWERFUL DAYS (PD) RETURN POLICY
  • All sales from Powerful Day (PD) are final. All of our products/items are customized, and therefore, the specific product was created just for you!

  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. The product will be reprinted with the same specs, size, and design as originally printed. The item will also be shipped to the same address that was originally specified by the end-user (you) as the original order. 

  • For packages lost in transit by carrier (with carrier proof); These claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. 

  • If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.

  • When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 20 days. If Powerful Days isn't used as the return address, you will become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

  • Wrong Address - If you have provided (PD) with the wrong address, you, the customer, are responsible for the possible loss of the item shipped to that address. (PD) is not responsible for lost items due to the wrong address given at the time of sale. 

  • Insufficient Address - if the courier considers the address given at the time of sale is insufficient to deliver the item, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. If (PD) is unable to get in contact with you (customer) by email and/or phone after 20 days, the item(s) will be donated to charity. 

  • Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. If (PD) is unable to get in contact with you (customer) by email and/or phone after 20 days, the item(s) will be donated to charity. 

  • If you haven't registered an account on POWERFUL DAYS (PD) and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

  • POWERFUL DAYS (PD) does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
